Here is a close-up of a small decorative quilt I made for my grandmother in December 2020. This is machine quilted, with a free form quilting pattern. This is the first quilt I ever created, and I am so proud of it! I love doing quilting to relax but still be creative. Gifting them to people I love is so important to me, a lot of hard work and love goes into to each one so I’m always so happy to give them to my family!
My quilt over my grandmas fire place! The Perfect spot!
This is a repeated print of a stamp I carved in 2019 showcasing my mother. The stamp is inspired by a photo I’ve had of my mother since I was young when she was stationed in Afghanistan. She was journalist, photographer, and Air Traffic Controller for the US Air Force, before she retired when I was a teenager. she is in her BDUs with a Nikon camera hanging around her neck.
In one of my last semesters of college in 2019 I was lucky to finally register for the sculpting class that focused on recreating animated characters out of clay! For my first assignment I chose Kuzco from one of my favorite animated movies, Emperor’s New Groove! I had so much fun with this assignment.
This life painting I did was painted in oil paint at CSUF in 2019. This was my favorite life painting I did during the semester.
